Even when loud noises fill the room, the feline refuses to wake up. However, the single sound of a food container being opened wakes him, making the video hilarious.
Cat wakes up to the noise of owner opening a food can
This cat can’t be bothered when he’s in a deep sleep. But do one specific thing, and he’ll jump out of his slumber in the blink of an eye. The clip shows the cat enjoying his nap, lying on a work table after having breakfast. His owner captures him sleeping peacefully and wonders aloud whether anything could wake him. He tries different things, but all in vain. However, the very last trick finally makes the cat get up.
First, he says the cat’s name repeatedly and even calls him by his pet names, “Jimbo” and “Jimothy,” but the cat doesn’t seem bothered at all. Knowing this has failed, he tries something else. He starts talking like a cat, saying “meow,” thinking it might wake his little baby. But the cat still ignores him, as if asking him to give up.
