Most dogs love peanut butter and pumpkin. So why not combine these flavors into a simple peanut butter and pumpkin cookie recipe?
Ingredients
- ½ cup Pumpkin puree
- 1/3 cup Peanut Butter (Xylitol free)
- 1 cup oats or whole wheat flour
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
- Mix the peanut butter and pumpkin in a bowl
- Add the oats and stir until a dough is formed. If you need to, you can pour in some water to soften the dough for mixing
- Roll out the dough and cut into pieces with cookie cutters. Then place them in a parchment paper lined baking sheet and put into the oven.
- Bake the cookies for about 10-15 minutes until the cookies are lightly browned and crispy.
- Wait until they cool down and serve. Just remember to keep them away from the edge of the counter to prevent your dog from jumping up for an early taste test.
