    Petey was surrendered for allegedly biting — and later found wandering downtown, likely abandoned. Labeled dangerous and even silenced with a bark collar, he never truly had a chance. When she finally adopted him, the “aggressive” dog revealed himself to be a 70-pound marshmallow who now “sings” in the car and at home. After being quieted for so long, he’ll never be silenced again.
